Our supplements are all natural, NADH is already produced by the body, so there are few side effects. That doesn’t mean that there are no side effects. The most common reports of NADH side effects come from the higher dosages. If you are taking the supplement for everyday use, to get a boost of energy but don’t plan on doing anything too strenuous you wont need more than the 5mg. Hello Monday, if you’re like many people, you work in an office that isn’t your own. While an office environment can be highly productive, spending long hours there can be pretty stressful, and stress is something that can be very damaging for your health. Monday’s are known for being the most stressful day of the week, but it doesn’t have to be. Let’s change your Manic Monday into happy Monday with some small changes.
Take Your Break
It is easy to skip your break on Mondays but don’t do it. Your brain will be able to function and make decisions easier when you give it a break. Just think “short bursts” “short break.” If you can’t leave for very long just try stepping out of the office or house to take a quick walk around the building and get yourself a burst of fresh air. You’ll even be giving yourself some extra energy for the day, as short bursts of exercise can help make you feel more alert.
Listen to Music
Listening to music, even at a very low volume while you’re working, can greatly reduce the stress hormone cortisol in your body and help distract you from the pressure of work. Make sure you put on calming happy music, not anything heavy that could effect your mind towards the negative. If you can’t turn on some low music at your desk or use ear buds in the office, taking a few minutes to listen to music that you enjoy on your break can really help you feel better. It can also help you be more productive when you do get back to your post.

Q. How does my energy depend on NADH?
A. The billions of cells that form the human body have the important assignment of producing energy. If our cells slow down or decline in their energy production, the result is that we are tired and can increasingly experience greater overall fatigue. NADH is part of every living cell. Inside each cell a process known as the Krebs cycle combines NADH with Hydrogen to form ATP, your body’s own energy.
Q. How does the body produce energy?
A. Bringing hydrogen and oxygen together is one of the most efficient ways to produce energy. A rocket launched into outer space is an example of energy production. All cells in our bodies use the same principle of energy production, but they do so in a sophisticated way to conserve the energy produced. NADH is the biological form of hydrogen that reacts with the oxygen we breathe in to form energy and water. The energy‐ producing process in cells is achieved by a cascade of reactions, which lead to the formation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the energy‐containing compound in cells. One molecule of NADH will form three times the amount of ATP. Therefore, NADH is an extremely efficient and effective energy producer.
Q. How does the body store energy?
A. Living cells have the capability to store energy in the form of chemical compounds. When these compounds are metabolized, energy is released and used for all cellular processes. Only a few biological substances display all the features of energy‐rich compounds. The most important of these are adenosine triphosphate (ATP), creatine phosphate (CP), nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide hydride (NADH), and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate hydride (NADPH).
Q. Is ATP the most common “energyrich” compound in our bodies?
A. Yes, ATP serves as the most common and convenient chemical form of energy stored in every cell. It’s kind of like a biological battery that stores and releases energy when the body needs it. When cellular energy is required, ATP is broken down under the action of water to release energy for other processes. As already mentioned, NADH is a very efficient producer of ATP.
Q. Is NADH also an “energyrich” compound?
A. Yes, energy is stored in the NADH molecule. When NADH reacts with the oxygen present in every cell, energy is produced in the form of ATP. One NADH molecule leads to the formation of three ATP molecules. In other words, NADH has triple the energy capacity of ATP. Furthermore, NADH creates additional energy when it reacts with oxygen and water forming nicotinamide (also known as vitamin B3) and ADP (adenosine diphosphate). This all means that NADH is a super energizer.

Living a healthy and happy lifestyle can be harder than you think. This tip combined with your CO-E1 will make you unstoppable. Here is a quick and refreshing way to get a great start to the day for breakfast or a quick snack.
If you haven’t heard of green smoothies you haven’t been paying attention. They are they latest trend and a quick way to get greens and other great vitamins and fiber into your diet. There are a million recipes out there the one we like here at Enada is an easy one.
You take 1 cup of spinach or Kale (or both)
1c almond milk
1Tb. fresh lemon juice
1tsp. chia seeds
1tsp. flax seed.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and drink up! You can add ice to thicken if you prefer.
Also for those of us in a hurry, when you have a day off, take a moment and make a whole bunch of green smoothie and then freeze it in a muffin tin. When the mixure is all frozen you can transfer it to a plastic bag and store in the freezer. Then whenever you are in a hurry for breakfast or need a quick snack you can pull out some of your frozen green drink, blend it up with some almond milk, water, or juice and you are good to go.

Exercise improves stamina and physical endurance. Muscles Strength- Exercising with weights causes muscles hypertrophy. That is, the muscles grow larger and become stronger. This improves your strength and even makes your grip a lot more firm. Your posture can be improved, and your muscles become more firm and toned.
Flexibility- As you exercise it makes a lot of sense to practice a variety of exercises as different forms of exercise serve different purposes. Stretching exercises are also important because it helps to circulate lubricants in the joints adequately. Stretching also ensures that the continuous joint movement gives no room for joint stiffness this way you stay flexible and reduce you chances of getting a fracture occurring.
Weight Loss- Of course the benefit that people think of most, you will lose wight. Weight-loss is not as beneficial with diet alone. You can lose weight with diet alone, but you wont receive the disease fighting benefits we just talked about. Exercise is responsible for burning your body fat to help you loss the it. Exercise is also a key to weight control because it burns calories. If you burn off more calories than you take in, you lose weight. Exercise is supposed to be fun. Find what you enjoy doing and get involved. There are many programs available in communities all over the world. Just do a little bit of research and try out new things till you find the activity you love.
