There are a lot of supplements on the market today. When it comes to comparing which ones are the best, it’s not easy to do. Check out this comparison of a few supplements and Enada Co-E1 for treating memory loss, improving athletic performance and reducing symptoms of jet lag.

Supplements That Help Increase Memory: Gingko Bilbao vs Enada Co-E1

Gingko Bilbao

Gingko is a Chinese herbal medicine which comes from the dried leaves of the maidenhair tree. It is made up of flavonoids and terpenoids, which are chemical compounds. Many people believe this supplement will sharpen their concentration and memory. Earlier studies had shown there was a correlation between taking Gingko and improving cognition, but recently those studies have been debunked and now it’s widely believed that Gingko doesn’t help improve memory and concentration.

Enada Co-E1

Enada Co-E1 increases the energy production inside the cells of your body. With increased energy, your cells can relay information to each other quickly. Several studies have shown that the production of adrenaline and dopamine, which are neurotransmitters, are increased within the cells. These neurotransmitters are responsible for cognitive performance, improving memory and cognition.

Supplements That Enhance Athletic Performance: Carnitine vs Enada Co-E1

Carnitine

Carnitine is an antioxidant found in meat and other types of food. People who are healthy don’t have to consume carnitine because their body naturally produces it. Carnitine helps produce energy in the cell’s mitochondria, and in our muscles. Since carnitine is used for energy production within the muscles, it was theorized that it could help improve muscle function, reduce fatigue and boost performance. After 20 years of testing, it has shown that it has no effect on athletic performance.

Enada Co-E1

Enada Co-E1 is the bio-available, antioxidant form of Vitamin B-3. Known as the biological rocket fuel, Enada Co-E1 is essential to the production of cellular energy. It is also involved in basic metabolism processes (which include the breakdown of glucose and fats), and supplies energy to the brain, nerves, muscles, heart and all other organs, helping them to function. For this reason, Enada Co-E1 boosts stamina and endurance, while providing mental clarity and focus. It also helps alleviate drowsiness and increases energy. Enada Co-E1 has been back by studies and been proven to help boost athletic performance.

“The Cure” for Jet Lag: Melatonin vs. Enada Co-E1

Jet Lag

 Melatonin

Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland in your brain. It is also found some edible plants. Melatonin affects circadian rhythms and promotes drowsiness. Some studies have found that melatonin is effective for preventing or reducing the symptoms of jet lag. This supplement should only be used for a short time period as it has adverse effects from long term use. Also melatonin will cause you to be drowsy during the day, therefore counteracting the beneficial effects it has for jet lag.

Enada Co-E1

Enada Co-E1 increases the cellular production of ATP and facilitates dopamine synthesis, which means it may counteract the effects of jet lag on brain performance, mood, and sleepiness while boosting the immune system. Enada Co-E1 maintains homeostasis and aids in returning you to your built-in circadian rhythms. Research reveals that individuals who received Enada Co-E1 after an overnight flight across time zones performed significantly better on five of eight cognitive and psychomotor tests and experienced less sleepiness than those on the same flight who did not receive Enada Co-E1.

When researching supplements, it is important to remember that even if one claims to do what it says, it may not work in the end. Enada Co-E1 has a trusted brand for over 20 years, with numerous studies proving its effectiveness.

The weather you are experiencing this time of year greatly depends on the region you live in. We are based out of California, and if you have been watching the news you will know we are in the midst of a heat wave. The first day of Summer isn’t until the third week of June each year, but this year you didn’t have to wait until then to start feeling the heat. There are wild fires popping up right and left and constant worry combined with the heat can be detrimental for your body. We want to make sure everyone is taking care of them selves and beating the heat. Heat exhaustion come on quickly. It is important to make sure you are getting proper hydration and nutrition. When your body has enough water, minerals, and antioxidants you’ll function better, think faster and stay healthier. Follow these tips to help you stay hydrated during these heat waves, or save the tips for when we get further into the summer months.
Get Energy
Being in the heat takes so much more out a person no matter what they are doing. Supplements the NADH you are losing doing every day tasks. NADH is biological “Rocket Fuel”. It is the biological form of hydrogen which reacts with the oxygen present in our cells to produce energy, enhance mood and emotional balance, and offset fatigue. Enada is the only company that has FDA approved stabilized NADH supplements.
Hydration Done Right
  • Although soda, coffee and iced tea may temporarily quench your need for a drink, the sugar and caffeine in these beverages will soak up your body’s water reserves. That means that if you drink nothing but coffee or soda, you’ll end up less hydrated than you think. The best thing you can do for your body is to drink as much clean, pure water as possible. Water is one of the healthiest beverages you can drink, especially in the summertime. If you want to stay hydrated, try to get into good habits like:
  • If you must drink soda, follow any soda or juice drink with a glass of water
  • Limit highly caffeinated beverages
  • Carrying a water bottle with you
Watch Your Sweating
If you find yourself really sweating and losing more water than the norm, your body also needs a steady supply of electrolytes. Electrolytes are minerals that your body uses to normalize pH balance and send signals that regulate your body’s physical activity. Electrolytes can be found in most sports drinks, but they also naturally occur in most fruits and vegetables.
Easy Breezy
Make sure to take the lead of those who spend most of their lives in tropical climates and make outfit choices accordingly. You can really bead the heat by wearing loose, lightweight cotton and linen clothing. Pick clothes that breath and wont hold in the heat.
Hit the Showers
A really easy trick to beating the heat is to jump in the shower to regulate your body temperature. Before you try to go to sleep or if you just can’t stand how hot you feel jump in the shower and take a cold one. The cold water hitting your chest etc. will bring down your core temperature.

Cinco de Mayo, for those who may not know means the fifth of May, also known as the Anniversary of the Battle of Puebla, national holiday in Mexico in honor of a military victory in 1862 over the French forces of Napoleon III. Cinco de Mayo today has become a day to throw a party and have a little too much to eat and drink, but did you know these facts about today:

      • The holiday celebrates an unexpected victory. The holiday actually celebrates the Mexican victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. The Mexican army won the battle despite being smaller and ill-equipped.
      • Cinco de Mayo is not Mexican Independence Day. That occurred 50 years prior to the Battle of Puebla. It is celebrated on September 16.
      • Cinco de Mayo is a bigger deal in the United States. In Mexico, the day is observed with political speeches and battle reenactments. Many of the actual celebration and battle re-enactment take place in Puebla.
      • In fact, the world’s largest Cinco celebration takes place in Los Angeles. This year’s Festival de Fiesta Broadway is expected to draw 300,000 people. Cities like New York City, Denver and Houston also throw large parties in honor of the day.
Celebrations in the United States often extend beyond the actual day to encompass an entire week, with parades and festivals that include music, dancing, and food. If you are a fan of Cinco de Mayo and want to celebrate but don’t want to blow your diet, here are some fit health tips on how to skip calories but not flavor!

      Skip lettuce go with cabbage!
Cabbage is a more nutritious taco topping than lettuce. Cabbage is filled with antioxidants and is an excellent source of vitamin C, providing roughly one-third of your recommended daily intake in just one cup. A cup of iceberg lettuce, by contrast, provides only about 3 percent of your daily dose.

As an added bonus, cabbage packs a crunchy bite and comes in a variety of colors, ranging from bright purple to green, that look great on your plate.

Skip the ground beef, go with fish
Fish is a leaner protein and full of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids and is lower in calories than ground beef. Swapping beef for fish also cuts down on dietary cholesterol.

Skip store bought, go with homemade
Yes, making guacamole in your own kitchen takes time, but store-bought varieties are often loaded with preservatives and firming agents, like sodium benzoate and calcium chloride.

Some mass-produced guacamoles also are surprisingly high in sodium. For example, Trader

Joe’s Reduced Guilt Chunky Guacamole contains no fewer than 280 milligrams (or 12 percent of your daily limit) per two-tablespoon serving.

Mass-produced salsas typically contain processed ingredients (such as tomato paste and dehydrated onions), but the real health downer is the sodium. Just two tablespoons of Tostitos Chunky Salsa, for instance, contains 250 milligrams of sodium, about 10 percent of your daily limit. And who stops at just two tablespoons?

Pico de gallo (also known as salsa fresca), an easy-to-make mixture of minced vegetables and chiles, offers a similar kick of flavor and spice, but with roughly one-fifth the sodium.

Skip re-fried, go with whole beans
Beans are loaded with filling fiber, but they can add sodium and fat when re-fried and packaged in can. Choose whole bean, non-refried, or low-fat canned varieties when you are looking for convenience, or buy dry beans if you have time to make them from scratch.

Welcome to another Tuesday; we received an email from a new customer just yesterday, who began taking NADH for energy and found it helped another problem they were having! Read below to hear the story!

“In 2002, I was told that I had symptoms of Sjogren’s, which includes severely dry eyes. When I wake up in the morning, before I can open my eyes I have to drown them in wetting solution then slowly and carefully pry them open to not damage my corneas.
6 weeks ago I started taking a 20 mg “Enada Mojo” sublingual, the only variation in my life that could account for a change in my condition. One recent morning I woke up, shocked that I simply opened my eyes because they were not glued shut. And a further surprise was that I didn’t have to use eye drops throughout that day. Now, a week later my eyes are generally fine in the morning, which amazes me.”

      Stress Awareness Month

In case you didn’t know, April is Stress Awareness Month. Every month there is something stressful, but April is the month to recognize it. April is the time to identify what is putting you under stress and how to handle it.

During this annual thirty day period, health care professionals and health promotion experts across the country will join forces to increase public awareness about both the causes and cures for our modern stress epidemic.
Stress Awareness Month has invited leading health care organizations across the country to develop and disseminate helpful educational materials and other information about stress during the month of April. They are also encouraging stress experts and other health care leaders to conduct public forums, discussion groups, and other informative community events…..read more about that here!

Here are some awesome ways to deal with stressors:

Health: The best way to achieve control of your life is by taking charge of your body. Whether it is through diet, exercise, or simply getting that checkup you’ve been putting off, let April be the month you put yourself back in control.

Breath: One stress-reducing technique that doctors agree on is the power of deep breathing. Not only is it a way to control anger, it is also a good way to bring more oxygen into our bodies, helping it to absorb nutrients better and excrete waste more fully.

Write: Keep a Joy Journal. Every evening for the next week. month, or year, spend a few minutes reflecting on the day you just experienced and list five things about the day that delighted you, made you laugh, or that you were grateful for.

What happens to your body when you are under a great deal of stress for a long period of time is that there is a physiological reaction by the sympathetic nervous system….and if this goes on for long periods of time, it can cause you to suffer from serious physical problems.

We have supplements that are specifically formulated to help those with stressful work or home lives. Providing energy and a clear mind. Check it out here.

If small fixes don’t lighten your load. It may be time to seek some professional help. When a person feels that the stress is starting to interfere with job functioning, relationships or when the stressor is becoming such a preoccupation that it’s something you can’t shake.

      Meatless Monday

It is a sure thing that if you are on any kind of social media outlet online, you will have heard of Meatless Mondays. This is a popular trend that took over the blogging world. Meatless Monday is a non-profit initiative of The Monday Campaigns Inc. The program follows the nutrition guidelines developed by the USDA. Healthy Monday encourages Americans to make healthier decisions at the start of every week. Meatless Monday began in 2003, launched in association with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public HealthMeatless Monday say they are now active in 29 countries and growing because every nation can bring its unique culture, customs and cuisine to the table in meat free and vegetarian dishes. It quickly became popular in the states and in May, 2009, Ghent, Belgium, became the first non-U.S. city to go meatless. Shortly thereafter, Paul McCartney introduced the U.K. to Meat-Free Mondays.

They have numerous studies that show skipping meat one day a week is good for you, great for your nation’s health, and fantastic for the planet. On average, Americans consume 8 ounces of meat per day; 45% more than the USDA recommends. Going meatless one day a week can reduce the risk of chronic preventable conditions like cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. It can also help limit people’s carbon footprint and save precious resources like fresh water and fossil fuel.

There are now a number of restaurants that participate in meatless Monday, providing meatless menus and highlight meatless options on Mondays.

      Sleepy Times

We have been told since we were children that we need to get our sleep, but just how important is sleeping for our health?

A recent survey found that more people are sleeping less than six hours a night, and sleep difficulties visit 75% of us at least a few nights per week. A short-lived bout of insomnia is generally nothing to worry about. The bigger concern is chronic sleep loss, which can contribute to health problems such as weight gain, high blood pressure, and a decrease in the immune system.Sleep makes you feel better, but its importance goes way beyond just boosting your mood or banishing under-eye circles. Here are some reasons why you should be catching those Zzz’s!

      1. Learning and memory:
Sleep helps the brain commit new information to memory through a process called memory consolidation. In studies, people who’d slept after learning a task did better on tests later.

      2. Cardiovascular health:

Serious sleep disorders have been linked to hypertension, increased stress hormone levels, and irregular heartbeat.

      Disease:

Sleep deprivation alters immune function, including the activity of the body’s killer cells. Keeping up with sleep may also help fight cancer

      3. Steer clear of depression:

A lack of sleep can contribute to depression. A good night’s sleep can really help a moody person decrease their anxiety. You get more emotional stability with good sleep. If you think the long hours put in during the week are the cause of your anxiety or impatience, sleep cannot necessarily be made up during the weekend. It’s all about finding a balance. Sleep loss may result in irritability, impatience, inability to concentrate, and moodiness. Too little sleep can also leave you too tired to do the things you like to do.

      4. Lower stress:

When it comes to our health stress and sleep are nearly one and the same, and both can affect cardiovascular health. Sleep can definitely reduce levels of stress, and with that people can have better control of their blood pressure. It’s also believed that sleep effects cholesterol levels, which plays a significant role in heart disease.

      5. Have a healthy weight:

If you are thinking about going on a diet, you might want to plan an earlier bedtime too. Researchers at the University of Chicago found that dieters who were well rested lost more fat, 56% of their weight loss—than those who were sleep deprived, who lost more muscle mass. (They shed similar amounts of total weight regardless of sleep.) Dieters in the study also felt more hungry when they got less sleep.

Sleep and metabolism are controlled by the same sectors of the brain. When you are sleepy, certain hormones go up in your blood, and those same hormones drive appetite.

      6. Curb inflammation:

Inflammation is linked to heart disease, stroke, diabetes, arthritis, and premature aging. Research indicates that people who get less sleep, six or fewer hours a night, have higher blood levels of inflammatory proteins than those who get more.

      7. Makes Us More Active:

A good night’s sleep will make us feel more active and alert on the following day. Energy levels after a good sleep are higher, your mental awareness is more acute and you are more likely to smile more. A restful sleep session not only feels great, but it increases our chances for another good night’s sleep next time we go to bed.

It is hard in a busy world to get what you need to do done and then get to sleep at a decent time. Our energy products are natural, they will give you the boost and mental clarity you need to have energy through out the day but still be able to fall sleep at night. Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle, and can benefit your heart, weight, mind, and more.

Oil pulling has been the talk of the blogger world lately and we at the Co-E1 team had to try it out. We believe in using natural remedies, all our products are natural boosters that promote wellness from your cells. So natural remedies we love. Oil pulling has been around for years. it’s an ancient Ayurvedic technique that involves swishing natural virgin oil in your mouth for 20 minutes to help improve your oral & overall health. Just like oil is good for your skin, oil is able to cut through plaque and remove toxins without harming the teeth or gums.

The benefits are different for everyone but generally the benefits are:

      – Whitens teeth (without leaving them sensitive like chemical whiteners)
      – Strengthens your gums/teeth/& jaw. It helps with sensitive teeth & even has reported to help TMJ sufferers like myself.
      – Prevents cavities & gingivitis. Some people even reported it helped their cavities?! I am not so sure about that one… but who knows?!
      – Helps get rid of acne/ eczema/ psoriasis/ & other skin care issues.
      – General body detox.
      – Cures a hangover and migraine.
      – Helps with sleep issues.
      – Clears out your sinuses & helps allergy sufferers.
      – If you have halitosis, oil pulling has been a big savior for many sufferers & your morning breath will get MUCH better.
      – Helps with general pain issues.
      – Manages hormonal imbalances.
      – and so much more.

It’s pretty easy to do. Pick your oil, our team member here uses Organic coconut oil, but any vegetable based oil (sesamesunflower, olive) will work. Coconut oil also has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. To do it you simply put anywhere from a teaspoon to a tablespoon of oil, depending on how much you can handle having in your mouth, and swish it around for 15-20min (no more than 20). It may sound like a long time, but if you do it while cleaning or surfing the internet it goes by fast. If you feel like your mouth is fulling up, just spit some of it out and keep going.

Pull the oil through your teeth and make sure NOT to swallow it. Once you start the process, the oil fills up with bacteria (which is what you’re trying to get rid of), so you don’t want to swallow it. After 20 min just spit out the oil into a plastic baggy or directly into the trash. Don’t spit it down the drain cause the oil will solidify and really clog the plumbing pipes.

Our team member has been doing it for about a month now and she says: “My teeth are so much whiter, which isn’t way I even tried it so its a great benefit. The best result of all for me is I suffer from TMJ and by doing this my jaw pain has decreased! When I first tried it I spit the oil out as soon as I put it in my mouth. It freaked me out, but I kept trying and by the third day I was used to the feeling I could do it for the full 20min no problem. I went to the dentist recently and I had the best appointment I have every had. My family has a history of bad teeth, even though I brush and floss regularly, I have never gone to the dentist without multiple cavities. This time when I went I only had one! I am not a medical professional. I just researched the method, tried it, and saw that it worked for me first hand.”

      Secretly Healthy!

With so many snacks in the world today it is hard to have the will power to always go with the healthy options. Don’t be discouraged, it happens to everyone, but you can still win by modifying your recipes. Here are some tips on how to still eat what you love, but with a healthy twist that will secretly make them better for you and your family!

      1.Guac-KALE-mole!

You might have seen this popping up in whole foods stores and recipes online and we love it! All you need to do is take your favorite guacamole recipe and cut it in half so you don’t have as big of a portion size. Then you take kale leaves, with stems removed, and finely chop about 3 leaves and add it into the guacamole, you wont even taste the difference and it is now packed with the amazing health benefits kale provides.

      2. Portobello Burgers

If you are a fan of mushrooms your are gonna love this one. If you have heard of or wanted to participate in the meatless Monday movement this is a great one! You put the same seasonings as you would a hamburger patty, and you grill it up just the same. The mushroom gets charred and juicy and delicious! Pile it high with veggies and goat cheese and you wont even notice there is no meat!

      3. No Mayo Tuna Salad

Tuna is a great lunch but it can also be a great snack. Next time you are wanting some dip or a tuna fish sandwich ditch the mayo. There are almost one hundred calories in ONE tablespoon of mayonnaise and most use a lot more than a tablespoon. Cut the calories by instead using mustard, balsamic vinegar, or plain Greek yogurt. Add pickles, chilies, tomatoes, onions and whatever else you like! Substitute the bread for rice or nut crackers and you have a protein packed, low calorie snack or lunch!

      4. Carrot Fries

These are great! You thinly slice carrots and season them just like you would a potato. Bake them at 425F for 10 min on each side. They come out crunchy and delicious just like fries, just serve with your favorite sauce.

      5. Zucchini and Chocolate

Did you know that zucchini and chocolate go together! Next time you are making chocolate cake or cupcakes add in about 3 cups of shredded zucchini. When you add zucchini to chocolate cake you can’t even taste it, and it makes it so moist and dense! You can also substitute your oils and butters with apple sauce or avocado!

      6. Make it Mini

If you are going to make a dessert, like a cheese cake for example. Use low fat options and make them mini! Its all about portion control here, you can trick people into not eating as much as they would if they just had a slice.

To keep on with the theme of March being National Nutrition Month, we interviewed Olympian Shevon Stoddart to find out what she eats, how she stays fit, and what keeps her going. We here at Co-E1 are so excited about your success and to hear about how your training is going for the upcoming Olympics. You are obviously in great shape and with this month being national nutrition moth we thought we could ask you about your eating habits.

I’m sure many people would like to know your daily eating routine. What do you generally like to eat for your meals and snacks through out the day?
For breakfast I generally eat oatmeal, cereal, or 2 waffles (low calorie) and fruit.

I always pack my lunch so that I have something to eat right after training. This would consist of an sandwich (typically tuna or turkey), fruit, a small serving of potato chips and bottled water. I don’t drink fizzy drinks or juice, they have too much sugar. I try to get all my sugars from fruit.

Snacks would be something like a protein shake, granola bar, or a peanut butter and jam sandwich.

I prepare dinner around 6pm which would be chicken, fish or a Turkey dish with lots of veggies on the side. I rarely eat red meat.

Health Tip! You can see that she has protein with every meal. Protein gives energy and helps to repair and build tissues, muscles, skin, bones, cartilage and blood. Plus, for those of us who would like to improve the look of our nails and hair, we must consider our protein intake since both hair and nails are basically made from protein.

What is your Motivation to stay in shape?
      Winning Gold

Where do you get your talents from?
For running, my dad, Zoeth Stoddart. He ran the 400m and 800m and ran 1:46 for 800m. My dad could also sing a little bit but I always just had a love for singing and entertaining.
I always wanted to do talent shows and sing at weddings. I started singing in my mum’s kitchen. She is a hair stylist and the kitchen is where she used to do her clients’ hair.

Have you ever been heavy/overweight? And what are your struggles in your healthy lifestyle?
I have never been over weight, I have always been petite and because I have small body frame and I burn fat quickly, I have to make sure I’m actually eating enough food so that I have fat to burn and not  burn into muscle. My workouts are pretty intense, so I have to prepare my body to endure.

In what ways has Co-E1 ENADA products helped you?
I use co-e1 everyday before, during and after training. I love it because it’s natural it has improved my reaction time and it gives me a clean boost before my workouts. It is help my muscles recover and keeps my energy levels sustained throughout my workouts. It has other health benefits as well that I like.
What are your thoughts on fad diets?
I do not diet. I don’t believe in diets. I believe that people should just learn to eat healthy and control portion size. I get hungry every 3 hours so I tend to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day.

Health Tip! As long as you choose the right foods and watch portion size, eating smaller meals through out the day can help you lose weight and keep you energized. But it is not for everyone, especially if you have trouble controlling the amount you eat, or if you don’t have time to plan and prepare your healthy snacks and meals
      Your favorite healthy treat?
I love Sweets, so my healthy treat would be some yogurt and fruits.

Are you most of your friends into healthy eating/living? We feel like it’s often easier to succeed when your friends are healthy too.
Yes, most of my friends eat healthy and workout to keep a healthy lifestyle.  I surround myself with positive people and they always come to me if they ever need advice on works and diet.

Health Tip! If you have a real and tangible like-minded social group, you are much less likely to be affected by the artificial ones created by advertisers, marketers, and technology. If you want to get healthy, hang around other healthy people and others striving to be healthy.
      Quick, easy healthy recipe?
I love to cook, but one of the easiest and healthy meals to prepare is spaghetti with meat sauce and side salad.
What is your cheat meal, how often do you indulge?
I love Pizza. I may have pizza twice a month.
What is your Weekly workout schedule?
I workout 6 days a week and I lift weights 2-3 times a week. I’m on the track for 2 and half hours and Weight room for 1 hour. I also do ab crunches, at least 500 every night before bed. It’s important for me to keep my core strong.

Always Natural Products for Natural Healing
The good news is that your body produces its own glutathione. The bad news is that poor diet, pollution, toxins, medications, stress, trauma, aging, infections and radiation all deplete your glutathione.
This leaves you susceptible to unrestrained cell disintegration from oxidative stress, free radicals, infections and cancer. And your liver gets overloaded and damaged, making it unable to do its job of detoxification.”
      Dr Mark Hyman M.D.
Glutathione is one of the most important molecules needed to stay healthy and prevent disease; yet you’ve probably never heard of it. It’s the secret to prevent aging, cancer, heart disease, dementia and more. There are more than 89,000 medical articles about it, but your doctor doesn’t know how address the epidemic deficiency of this critical life-giving molecule.

Who wouldn’t like to get their hands on a naturally occurring substance that acts as an antioxidant, an immune system booster, and a detoxifier? Something that can help your body repair damage caused by stress, pollution, radiation, infection, drugs, poor diet, aging, injury, trauma, and burns? Because glutathione exists within the cells, it is in a prime position to neutralize free radicals. It also has potentially widespread health benefits because it can be found in all types of cells, including the cells of the immune system, whose job is to fight disease.

      Laugh Your Way Healthy

NADH, a naturally occurring coenzyme found in all living cells, is necessary for cellular development and energy production. NADH also helps Enhance mood and emotional balance

NADH enhances mood due to its important role in the development of dopamine and serotonin. Healthy levels of serotonin and dopamine support balanced mood levels.
Supplementing the diet with NADH may reduce the amounts of L-tryptophan used by the body for NADH production, thereby leaving more L-tryptophan for making serotonin. More balanced levels of serotonin promote mood enhancement, and an increased sense of well-being.

When your mood is enhanced it make laughing easier. Humor is infectious. When laughter is shared, it binds people together and increases happiness and intimacy. Humor and laughter strengthen your immune system, boost your energy, diminish pain, and protect you from the damaging effects of stress. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use.

      1. Laughing lowers blood pressure

Lowering your blood pressure, even those who start at normal levels, will reduce risk of strokes and heart attacks.

      2. Laughter dissolves distressing emotions

You can’t feel anxious, angry or sad when you are laughing. It reduces stress and increases energy, enabling you to stay focused and accomplish more.

      3. Fun ab workout

One of the benefits of laughter is that it can help you with your abs. When you are laughing, the muscles in your stomach expand and contract, similar to when you intentionally exercise your abs. Meanwhile, the muscles you are not using to laugh are getting an opportunity to relax. Add laughter to your ab routine and make getting a toned tummy more enjoyable.

      4. Improves cardiac health

Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow. It gets your heart pumping and burns a similar amount of calories per hour as walking at a slow to moderate pace. So, laugh your heart into health.

      5. Boosts Immune system

When you laugh, you activate T cells that immediately begin to help you fight off sickness. Next time you feel a cold coming on, add chuckling to your illness prevention plan.T cells are specialized immune system cells just waiting in your body for activation.

      6. Triggers the release of endorphins

Endorphins are the body’s natural pain killers and feel good hormone. By laughing, you can release endorphins, which can help ease chronic pain and make you feel good all over.

      7. Produces a general sense of well-being

Laughter shifts perspective allowing people to see situations more realistic. can increase your overall sense of well-being. Doctors have found that people who have a positive outlook on life tend to fight diseases better than people who tend to be more negative. So smile, laugh and live longer!
