Enada NADH: Beat the Heat

- Although soda, coffee and iced tea may temporarily quench your need for a drink, the sugar and caffeine in these beverages will soak up your body’s water reserves. That means that if you drink nothing but coffee or soda, you’ll end up less hydrated than you think. The best thing you can do for your body is to drink as much clean, pure water as possible. Water is one of the healthiest beverages you can drink, especially in the summertime. If you want to stay hydrated, try to get into good habits like:
- If you must drink soda, follow any soda or juice drink with a glass of water
- Limit highly caffeinated beverages
- Carrying a water bottle with you

Lets talk about one of our favorite all natural oils: Olive Oil. We all know that olive oil is great to cook with but did you know that it has many other around the house and beauty uses! Here 4 other great ways to use olive oil!
Removing Stickers
Paper stickers can be a real pain, and they can leave a sticky residue on a variety of surfaces, especially glass. Dab a bit of olive oil onto the residue and give it a rub with a soft cloth. No more residue.
If you’ve ever tried to un-stick a zipper, you know how tough it can be. Olive oil can be applied to a cotton ball and dabbed on a zipper to help loosen the mechanism. It doesn’t take much to work, but it is effective. Just be careful not to get the oil on your clothes.
Is your hair as dry and brittle as sagebrush in the desert? Put the moisture back into it by heating 1/2 cup olive oil (don’t boil it), and then liberally applying it to your hair. Cover your hair with a plastic grocery bag, then wrap it in a towel. Let it set for 45 minutes, then shampoo and thoroughly rinse.

Enada Provides the Only Stabilized Food Grade NADH Supplements Available
After 20 years, ENADA still carries the world’s first and only form of NADH that is FDA-approved food grade quality, stabilized and protected by world patents.
After 20 years, ENADA still carries the world’s first and only form of FDA-approved NADH that is food grade, stabilized and protected by world patents. Others continue to try to bypass these patents and introduce false NADH products. However un-stabilized NADH degrades rapidly under the influence of light, humidity, temperature, and other factors. When these other products are subjected to independent laboratory analysis, the majority of these products do not meet label claims of NADH content. This deceives consumers and leaves the impression that NADH is ineffective. If a NADH product is not stabilized, consumers are wasting their time and money. NADH was discovered in 1905 and Enada researchers spent a lifetime overcoming the stabilization obstacles and released his research and formula exclusively with the Enada brand of NADH which has been used in most studies involving NADH over the past 20 years.

National Garlic Month
April is National Garlic Month, garlic has so many benefits, it is not just for adding flavor to your favorite dishes. Garlic is unique, with its white compound bulb encasing many small cloves in papery sheathes. Garlic has a distinctively pungent taste and smell, and may come fresh, dried; or as an extract, powder, oil, or tablet.
Antibacterial and Antiviral
Garlic is most well-known for its antibacterial and antiviral properties. They help control bacterial, viral, fungal, yeast and worm infections. Fresh garlic is thought to play a role in preventing food poisoning by killing bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella enteritidis, etc.
Immune Booster
Garlic is rich in manganese, vitamin B1, B6 and C; as well as phosphorus, selenium, calcium, potassium, iron and copper. Studies have been conducted showing that garlic helps improve stress and calm, which also aids in keeping your immune system strong.
Combat allergies
Garlic is known to have anti-inflammatory property. It can help the body fight against allergies. The anti-arthritic property of garlic is due to diallyl sulphide and thiacremonone. Garlic has been show to improve allergic airway inflammation (allergic rhinitis). Raw garlic juice may be used to immediately stop the itching due to rashes and bug bites.
Reduce weight
Garlic may help to regulate the formation of fat cells in our body. Pre-adipocytes are converted into fat cells (adipocytes) through inflammatory system activity. The anti-inflammatory property of 1, 2-DT (1, 2-vinyldithiin) found in garlic may help inhibit this conversion. This may help prevent weight gain.
Recipe Enhancer
Not only is garlic beneficial to health, it can add zest to a variety of foods. The best way to enjoy garlic’s health benefits is to eat it raw, or close to raw. A temperature above 140F destroys the allicin, so it is best to add it at the very end of the cooking process after the dish has been removed from the source of heat.

NADH Fun Fact Friday!

Our supplements are all natural, NADH is already produced by the body, so there are few side effects. That doesn’t mean that there are no side effects. The most common reports of NADH side effects come from the higher dosages. If you are taking the supplement for everyday use, to get a boost of energy but don’t plan on doing anything too strenuous you wont need more than the 5mg. The complaints we get from costumers come when they order the higher doses of NADH.

Sick and Tired

Sick
This Echinacea purpurea plant, or purple flower, has been one of the most popular herbal medications all over the world for over a century.
Echinacea was the number one cold and flu remedy in the United States until it was displaced by sulfa antibiotics. Ironically, antibiotics are not effective for colds, while echinacea appears to offer some real help. Echinacea remains the primary remedy for minor respiratory infections in Germany, where over 1.3 million prescriptions are issued each year.
In Europe, and increasingly in the US as well, echinacea products are widely used to treat colds and flus.
The best scientific evidence about echinacea concerns its ability to help you recover from colds and minor flus more quickly. Evidence tells us that echinacea can actually help you get over colds much faster. It also appears to significantly reduce symptoms while you are sick. Echinacea may also be able to “abort” a cold, if taken at the first sign of symptoms.
Echinacea is usually taken at the first sign of a cold and continued for 7 to 14 days. Longer-term use of echinacea is not recommended. The best (though not entirely consistent) evidence supports the use of products made from the above-ground portions of E. purpurea (specifically, flowers, leaves and stems); E. pallida root has also shown promise, but E. purpurea root appears to be ineffective.
Many herbalists feel that liquid forms of echinacea are more effective than tablets or capsules, because they feel that part of echinacea’s benefit is due to activation of the tonsils through direct contact.26 However, there is no real evidence to support this contention.
Tired
Performance may be taken as needed to help naturally boost performance for 3-5 hours when taken at least one hour before activities such as traveling, time zone changes, studying, workouts, and hectic schedules. Sick and tired and need to be able to give a presentation or get through your schedule, just get your performance and be able to get the job done!
NADH is biological “Rocket Fuel”. It is the biological form of hydrogen which reacts with the oxygen present in our cells to produce energy, enhance mood and emotional balance, and offset fatigue.

At Home Cellulite Cures!
Cellulite seems to be one of those problems that plagues many women. We all seem to have some, or will have some at one point or another, so lets talk about it. Magazines like this one pop up everywhere, its not pretty. Many sources have concluded the dimpled appearance of cellulite occurs due to problems or an imbalance of the connective tissue and fat in a person’s body. It is speculated that hormones, diet, lifestyle and genetics all play a role but there are no sureties. While those who are overweight tend to have a higher chance of getting cellulite, many thin women complain of it as well.
Here are 4 natural remedies we have tried or have done research on from trusted sources. They should all help balance the connective tissue/fat in the body and address the many possible causes.
Dry Brushing
Dry brushing is as an all-natural and safe remedy for cellulite. In addition to potentially ridding the area of cellulite, there are many health benefits associated with this practice. This is one remedy that there may not be any scientific evidence that it works but that there is a lot of anecdotal support for. This can include promotion of circulation. It also has exfoliating benefits for the skin, by sloughing off dead skin cells to enhance the overall appearance. Not to mention it feels great and helps stimulate blood and lymph flow in the body.
Dry skin brushing effectively opens up the pores on your skin. This is something you can and should be doing daily, even twice a day. Your skin should be dry, so the ideal time is in the shower before you turn on the water. Just a reminder, don’t get the brush wet.
You should only brush towards the heart. Making long sweeps, avoid back and forth, scrubbing and circular motions. Start at your feet, moving up the legs on both sides, then work from the arms toward your chest. On your stomach, direct the brush counterclockwise. And, don’t brush too hard: Skin should be stimulated and invigorated but not irritated or red.
Type of brush: The bristles should be natural, not synthetic, and preferably vegetable-derived. The bristles themselves should be somewhat stiff, though not too hard. Look for one that has an attachable handle for hard-to-reach spots, if necessary.
Coffee Scrub
Coffee scrubs can be beneficial in reducing cellulite as well. The massage and exfoliation benefits skin by stimulating blood/lymph flow and the caffeine in the coffee has a tightening effect. The internet has many recipes for coffee scrubs and wraps working for reducing cellulite and loose skin, and like the other remedies, it is at least worth a try.
You will need:
1/4 cup coffee grounds
3 tablespoons sugar or brown sugar
2-3 Tablespoons of melted coconut oil
Combine the ingredients to create a paste-like consistency (note that it will harden if cooled if you are using unrefined coconut oil). Store in a glass jar. Massage in to skin for several minutes using firm pressure and wash as usual. Use 2-3 times a week. Results should be visible within a couple of weeks.
Omega-3s
There is some evidence that consuming enough Omega-3 fatty acids and fat soluble vitamins will help reduce cellulite over time. Another theory is that consumption of trans-fats and the “wrong” kind of fats leads to an imbalance of fatty acids that smooth skin and tissue. Either way, Omega-3s and fat soluble vitamins are important for many other functions in the body, so it won’t hurt to try it!
Balance Hormones
It seems that many sources agree that hormones play a huge role in cellulite formation this is one reason why women typically get it more often then men. Working toward proper hormone balance can help reduce cellulite. Even if it doesn’t get rid of cellulite, balancing hormones helps in so many other ways that it is worth working on!

Meatless Monday

It is a sure thing that if you are on any kind of social media outlet online, you will have heard of Meatless Mondays. This is a popular trend that took over the blogging world. Meatless Monday is a non-profit initiative of The Monday Campaigns Inc. The program follows the nutrition guidelines developed by the USDA. Healthy Monday encourages Americans to make healthier decisions at the start of every week. Meatless Monday began in 2003, launched in association with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Meatless Monday say they are now active in 29 countries and growing because every nation can bring its unique culture, customs and cuisine to the table in meat free and vegetarian dishes. It quickly became popular in the states and in May, 2009, Ghent, Belgium, became the first non-U.S. city to go meatless. Shortly thereafter, Paul McCartney introduced the U.K. to Meat-Free Mondays.
They have numerous studies that show skipping meat one day a week is good for you, great for your nation’s health, and fantastic for the planet. On average, Americans consume 8 ounces of meat per day; 45% more than the USDA recommends. Going meatless one day a week can reduce the risk of chronic preventable conditions like cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. It can also help limit people’s carbon footprint and save precious resources like fresh water and fossil fuel.
Here’s a way to pack even more veggies into your meatless pizza! Instead of flour, this crust is made with finely shredded cauliflower, making it gluten-free and packed with vitamin C. This recipe comes to us from Tina Muir of Fuel Your Future with Tina.
This quesadilla is no joke! This woman has the best most creative recipes! She finds creative and delicious ways to incorporate ingredients that are packed with omega-3 and protein! Check out the full recipe here!

Let it Go. Giving the Gift of Peace.

He is a very health conscience and passionate man. So I couldn’t help but use his passion and determination as inspiration for today’s post. I mean it was literally the first thing he declared when he passed my office this morning. Our business mission is to develop and market safe, reliable, effective products, which will improve the quality of life for all people, our wish goes beyond our supplements and we dream of a world with overall happiness and wellness.
I think that we all can think of someone that has wronged us and it isn’t easy to carry anger and hurt. To completely let go of something painful and forgive the person who may or may not have realized what they did is a hard thing to do. It is easy at times to be convinced that the person who hurt did it with full intention and cruelty. Feeling no compassion; just unadulterated pain and rage.
This is usually not the case however. Generally no one is purely bad, and everyone carries pain that influences their decisions. This doesn’t condone their thoughtless, insensitive, or selfish decisions, but it makes them easier to understand. After all, we’ve all been thoughtless, insensitive, and selfish at times. Usually, we have good intentions. After doing research we have come up with ways to let go and reasons to forgive, to forget, and to heal.
We have all heard it but it is the truth. If you can’t move on right now don’t beat yourself up. You do not want to keep thinking of the past. If you don’t feel forgiving, you can at least not act on anger and count that as a triumph. Remember that we are all doing the best we can at the time. Don’t force it. Yes, by all means set goals and take steps in the right direction, but don’t disregard the baby steps, these steps are your life’s story. Let go of all the needless trying and let yourself take these steps peacefully and mindfully. When you let go of it, you get over the anger/bitterness that you felt and it clears the path for forgiveness. Eventually forgiveness will come if you welcome it.
Get it Out
Hopefully you will come to the realization that no one ever gets to the end of their life and thinks, “I wish I stayed angry longer.”
Be a little Selfish
Remind yourself to forgive not for them but for you and that it’s easier to forgive than to hang on to so much anger, hurt and betrayal. If you have done all you can do and they choose to still be hateful or hurtful, just do what you need to do and forget about them. Remember you. Working on a better you is more fulfilling than hanging on. Let it all go and hold on to your growth and kindness instead. If you train yourself to consistently be more loving in thoughts and actions, your positive energy will attract more positive results into your current reality.
Be unlike the person or situation that hurt you. Let go and grow past your pain. Carry on living well in a way that creates peace in your heart. The energy you would spend reliving a situation can be better spent creating an amazing future for yourself.

Fact Friday! NADH Why?

If you could take a natural substance that occurs in every single cell to increase your overall energy, would you?
If you could take a natural substance that boosts the immune system and protects your cells from damage, would you?
If you could take a natural substance that enhances your cognitive capability and improve your memory, would you?
Good news: you can. There is a natural biological substance that offers these benefits and many more. This substance is NADH, the abbreviation for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide with high‐energy hydrogen. NADH is also known as coenzyme 1, scientific research and physicians’ experience shows that it has a profoundly important effect to keep you healthy and energetic.
So what exactly is NADH? It is a naturally‐occurring and vital compound found in ALL living cells of plants, animals, and humans. It is essential for adequate energy, and supplementation can improve energy levels. The human body carries on many important functions or activities at the same time.
All of these activities require cellular energy production. The memory, immune system, and even the DNA repair system are dependent on the proper production of cellular energy. NADH has also been proven to increase energy, as well as act as an anti-aging nutrient, enhances memory and is the body’s top antioxidant.
ENADA is the only brand of NADH currently available that is stabilized and is actually protected by several worldwide patents. Competitors continue to try to bypass these patents and introduce NADH products. However, all these products are non‐stabilized forms of NADH. When subjected to independent laboratory analysis and validation, the majority of these products do not contain any NADH. The result of the absence of NADH in these products hurts consumers and leaves the impression that NADH is ineffective.
For those customers who desire immediate effects, we have recently added another supplement to our collection. ENADA MOJO is fast‐acting and designed for demanding and active lifestyles. It has been carefully crafted without the enteric coating of the other ENADA pill, thus can be taken at any time, regardless of when you last ate. Also ENADA MOJO comes in 10mg and 20mg doses, so you can tackle that last mile or extra work hours with energy and integrity.
So now you’re probably wondering which supplement is right for you. Well, it depends on what
results you are looking for. If you have an active, busy lifestyle and require more energy in less
time, then the MOJO tablets are most likely best for you. The 10mg tablets are for people who desire quick energy, but aren’t doing anything extreme, such as intense physical exertion. These are best for the everyday person with everyday tasks at hand. The 20mg tablets are for those that exert a lot of physical effort or are in need of constant energy throughout the day. This may be a triathlete before and during his or her race, or an executive with days constantly full of meetings and negotiations. Simply put, the 20mg is just a more intense than the 10mg, so based on the amount of energy you need, you can decide which supplement is right for you.
If you are taking ENADA supplements for health purposes, the 5mg tablets are for you. These ones are taken daily, in the morning, and have a slower effect as they are dissolved in the lower intestine.

Heart Health
Eating pistachios may help to prevent Type 2 diabetes. 60 percent of the recommended daily value of the mineral phosphorous is contained in just one cup of pistachios. As well as breaking down proteins into amino acids, phosphorous aids glucose tolerance.
Pistachios are a great source of vitamin E, a powerful fat-soluble antioxidant, essential for maintaining the integrity of cell membranes and often recommended for healthy and beautiful skin. Vitamin E does an excellent job protecting the skin from UV damage, providing daily defense against premature aging and skin cancer.
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 Cup Kale leaves
- 2 Bananas (frozen makes it creamier)
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 3 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- pinch of salt
- 2 Cups ice (Less if using frozen banana)
