Laugh Your Way Healthy

NADH, a naturally occurring coenzyme found in all living cells, is necessary for cellular development and energy production. NADH also helps Enhance mood and emotional balance

NADH enhances mood due to its important role in the development of dopamine and serotonin. Healthy levels of serotonin and dopamine support balanced mood levels.
Supplementing the diet with NADH may reduce the amounts of L-tryptophan used by the body for NADH production, thereby leaving more L-tryptophan for making serotonin. More balanced levels of serotonin promote mood enhancement, and an increased sense of well-being.

When your mood is enhanced it make laughing easier. Humor is infectious. When laughter is shared, it binds people together and increases happiness and intimacy. Humor and laughter strengthen your immune system, boost your energy, diminish pain, and protect you from the damaging effects of stress. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use.

1. Laughing lowers blood pressure

Lowering your blood pressure, even those who start at normal levels, will reduce risk of strokes and heart attacks.

2. Laughter dissolves distressing emotions

You can’t feel anxious, angry or sad when you are laughing. It reduces stress and increases energy, enabling you to stay focused and accomplish more.

3. Fun ab workout

One of the benefits of laughter is that it can help you with your abs. When you are laughing, the muscles in your stomach expand and contract, similar to when you intentionally exercise your abs. Meanwhile, the muscles you are not using to laugh are getting an opportunity to relax. Add laughter to your ab routine and make getting a toned tummy more enjoyable.

4. Improves cardiac health

Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow. It gets your heart pumping and burns a similar amount of calories per hour as walking at a slow to moderate pace. So, laugh your heart into health.

5. Boosts Immune system

When you laugh, you activate T cells that immediately begin to help you fight off sickness. Next time you feel a cold coming on, add chuckling to your illness prevention plan.T cells are specialized immune system cells just waiting in your body for activation.

6. Triggers the release of endorphins

Endorphins are the body’s natural pain killers and feel good hormone. By laughing, you can release endorphins, which can help ease chronic pain and make you feel good all over.

7. Produces a general sense of well-being

Laughter shifts perspective allowing people to see situations more realistic. can increase your overall sense of well-being. Doctors have found that people who have a positive outlook on life tend to fight diseases better than people who tend to be more negative. So smile, laugh and live longer!

The ability to focus and stay on task is a hard one for many adults. From conversations with family and friends, to important tasks that will advance your career, it can seem almost impossible to stay concentrated. You don’t mean to zone out, but you do, changing your health routine in simple ways can help you to pay attention and become a better listener

Our Co-E1 NADH supplements significantly help your natural ability to focus and have energy for the day. Along with our supplements here are seven tips and tricks to staying focused.

Eat Smart

If you think your food has more to do with your figure than your brain, think again. What you eat directly affects your energy level and your ability to focus. Following a healthy diet can help improve many issues, including your inability to concentrate. It is best to start the day with protein, you will feel sluggish come mid-morning if you eat solely carbohydrates, and it’s hard to concentrate when you’re tired. Limit the amount of sweets and processed foods you eat throughout the day. They are metabolized quickly, causing your blood sugar to spike. Then it drops just as quickly, causing you to have brain fog and lost concentration.

Prioritize Your Tasks

It may seem so simple, but actively keeping a to-do list can make a huge difference. Having multiple tasks ahead of you can be overwhelming. Writing down each item in order of importance will help make tasks seem less daunting and help you to wrap your head around and physically see the next steps. Arrange tasks by highest to lowest importance and then tackle the list from top to bottom, rank them by difficulty and do the simplest ones first to get them out of the way. Find what works for you

Take Deep Breaths
It may seem obvious, but you’d be surprised how many people forget this important step when they’re stressed out. Practicing meditation and taking deep breaths can help improve your ability to focus. When you are stressed, your blood doesn’t flow to the part of the brain where high-order decisions are made, when you’re relaxed, more blood flows to the brain and it functions better.

Find Your Space

An important strategy for staying focused is to work/live in a space where there are few, if any, distractions. Decorate your home in a way that promotes peace and calm. Ask your boss if you can move away from a TV or radio that’s always on. Working in a noisy environment can worsen lack of focus. Or if it is the opposite that bothers you, you can use a white noise machine to save you from total silence.

Get Some Exercise

Like meditation and deep breathing, exercise stimulates brain function. Add regular exercise to your daily routine to get your heart pumping and your brain in gear. Workout before work, or use your lunch hour for a quick exercise circuit. When you exercise, it helps dissipate energy, and when you return to work, you can function better, pay more attention, and focus on what you’re doing. Find what exercise is fun and effective for you.

Speak Up

If you’re in a meeting at work and find you just can’t concentrate any longer on what everyone is saying to you and to each other, you may need a moment to refresh. You may have to tell your coworkers or friends that you have a hard time staying focused. Explain that sometimes it’s difficult for you to concentrate for extended periods and that getting some fresh air will help. When you return, you can continue the conversation. Take the time to educate your coworkers about your problem so they will understand and appreciate your honesty.

Exercising is so Important!

If you haven’t heard that exercise is important for you, then you may already be living a high risk lifestyle. By not doing research on your health and you may be developing all the wrong habits. By living a sedentary lifestyle Your muscles will become flabby and weak, making everyday activities harder. Your heart and lungs may fail to function properly. Lack of exercise may be killing you more than the bad habits you may possess.

We have mentioned here on the blog the many benefits and amazing results taking our NADH supplements will do, has done, and is currently doing for our customers. Disease Prevention doesn’t stop at supplements, it is also achieved by living an over all healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise is necessary for physical fitness and good health.
Exercise improves stamina and physical endurance. When you exercise the body builds up strength gradually and with every additional day of doing so, you become stronger and much more able to thrive under pressure. Your anaerobic levels improve for example if you pick running as your exercise. You will build up your stamina fairly quickly and you will find that you will still be rearing to go while others who have not been active will need to stop for breaks well before you do.

Aerobic exercise involves continuous and rhythmic physical motion, such as walking and bicycling. How does it affect the heart? The heart develops and become accustomed to handling higher metabolic demands of the body and so even when you exercise for unusually longer periods, you do not get tired because the heart can still cope with the higher demand.

Muscles Strength- Exercising with weights causes muscles hypertrophy. That is, the muscles grow larger and become stronger. This improves your strength and even makes your grip a lot more firm. Your posture can be improved, and your muscles become more firm and toned.

Flexibility- As you exercise it makes a lot of sense to practice a variety of exercises as different forms of exercise serve different purposes. Stretching exercises are also important because it helps to circulate lubricants in the joints adequately. Stretching also ensures that the continuous joint movement gives no room for joint stiffness this way you stay flexible and reduce you chances of getting a fracture occurring.

Weight Loss- Of course the benefit that people think of most, you will lose wight. Weight-loss is not as beneficial with diet alone. You can lose weight with diet alone, but you wont receive the disease fighting benefits we just talked about. Exercise is responsible for burning your body fat to help you loss the it. Exercise is also a key to weight control because it burns calories. If you burn off more calories than you take in, you lose weight.
Exercise is supposed to be fun. Find what you enjoy doing and get involved. There are many programs available in communities all over the world. Just do a little bit of research and try out new things till you find the activity you love.

ENADA Anti-Aging Abilities

Today Enada announced some of the results of the Anti-Aging Patent. The Enada NADH patent application in 2002 was for a : Method of prolonging the life-span of living cells using NADH, NADPH and ADP-ribose. This was supported by recent studies conducted that with NAD, the Oxidized Form of NADH. The Study shows that the promotion of energy in the mitochondria does extend the life span of cells.

A method for increasing and/or enhancing the production of intracellular energy in living cells. By incubating living cells with an intracellular-energy-increasing substance, such as NADH, NADPH and/or ADP-ribose, the living  cells increase their levels of intracellular energy thereby resulting in more vital, longer-living cells. Specifically, the life span and vitality of blood cells, transplantable organs and tissues, and living organisms can thereby be prolonged. The recent study* using NAD conducted by Harvard Medical School and the University of New South Wales, Australia found that US and Australian scientists were able to reverse ageing in mice, humans could be next. NAD is the oxidised form of NADH. NADH is found in our bodies in the production of energy in the mitochondria.

As reported by media ABC News Australia on Dec 19 2013 :
US scientists have performed a dramatic reversal of the ageing process in animal studies. They used a chemical to rejuvenate muscle in mice and said it was the equivalent of transforming a 60-year-old’s muscle to that of a 20-year-old – but muscle strength did not improve. Aging is considered a one-way street, but now researchers at Harvard Medical School have shown that some aspects can be reversed.Their research focused on a chemical called NAD. Its levels naturally drop in all cells of the body with age. Big things are happening here at ENADA!
