There are a lot of supplements on the market today. When it comes to comparing which ones are the best, it’s not easy to do. Check out this comparison of a few supplements and Enada Co-E1 for treating memory loss, improving athletic performance and reducing symptoms of jet lag.

Supplements That Help Increase Memory: Gingko Bilbao vs Enada Co-E1

Gingko Bilbao

Gingko is a Chinese herbal medicine which comes from the dried leaves of the maidenhair tree. It is made up of flavonoids and terpenoids, which are chemical compounds. Many people believe this supplement will sharpen their concentration and memory. Earlier studies had shown there was a correlation between taking Gingko and improving cognition, but recently those studies have been debunked and now it’s widely believed that Gingko doesn’t help improve memory and concentration.

Enada Co-E1

Enada Co-E1 increases the energy production inside the cells of your body. With increased energy, your cells can relay information to each other quickly. Several studies have shown that the production of adrenaline and dopamine, which are neurotransmitters, are increased within the cells. These neurotransmitters are responsible for cognitive performance, improving memory and cognition.

Supplements That Enhance Athletic Performance: Carnitine vs Enada Co-E1

Carnitine

Carnitine is an antioxidant found in meat and other types of food. People who are healthy don’t have to consume carnitine because their body naturally produces it. Carnitine helps produce energy in the cell’s mitochondria, and in our muscles. Since carnitine is used for energy production within the muscles, it was theorized that it could help improve muscle function, reduce fatigue and boost performance. After 20 years of testing, it has shown that it has no effect on athletic performance.

Enada Co-E1

Enada Co-E1 is the bio-available, antioxidant form of Vitamin B-3. Known as the biological rocket fuel, Enada Co-E1 is essential to the production of cellular energy. It is also involved in basic metabolism processes (which include the breakdown of glucose and fats), and supplies energy to the brain, nerves, muscles, heart and all other organs, helping them to function. For this reason, Enada Co-E1 boosts stamina and endurance, while providing mental clarity and focus. It also helps alleviate drowsiness and increases energy. Enada Co-E1 has been back by studies and been proven to help boost athletic performance.

“The Cure” for Jet Lag: Melatonin vs. Enada Co-E1

Jet Lag

 Melatonin

Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland in your brain. It is also found some edible plants. Melatonin affects circadian rhythms and promotes drowsiness. Some studies have found that melatonin is effective for preventing or reducing the symptoms of jet lag. This supplement should only be used for a short time period as it has adverse effects from long term use. Also melatonin will cause you to be drowsy during the day, therefore counteracting the beneficial effects it has for jet lag.

Enada Co-E1

Enada Co-E1 increases the cellular production of ATP and facilitates dopamine synthesis, which means it may counteract the effects of jet lag on brain performance, mood, and sleepiness while boosting the immune system. Enada Co-E1 maintains homeostasis and aids in returning you to your built-in circadian rhythms. Research reveals that individuals who received Enada Co-E1 after an overnight flight across time zones performed significantly better on five of eight cognitive and psychomotor tests and experienced less sleepiness than those on the same flight who did not receive Enada Co-E1.

When researching supplements, it is important to remember that even if one claims to do what it says, it may not work in the end. Enada Co-E1 has a trusted brand for over 20 years, with numerous studies proving its effectiveness.

Thanks again for stopping by and as always if you have a story to tell we would love to hear from ya!

“I take quite a few supplements (after carefully researching them) and I have to say this Enada NADH is one of the most amazing supplements. I didn’t expect to feel any differently until after using it for a month, as described on the directions, but I felt more energetic shortly after taking it. For instance, my eyes had been feeling very tired by mid-afternoon, and this fatigue disappeared the next day. I thought it was coincidence perhaps, but I haven’t felt the eye fatigue since. Then, after about three weeks, I’ve been able to run longer and faster at the gym than I’ve ever been able to. I used to do just about 5 miles at the gym on good days, and just this week, I was able to run 5 1/2 miles for the first time ever. And I don’t feel more tired either.”

“All I could find locally was from a company trying to skirt the patent issues relating to Enada Labs by putting out an inferior – as in not even conforming to the original patents – but at over twice the price I found. I’m glad I came across the website and I will be ordering again before the 4 boxes I just purchased run out!
-Herb I

“ENADA provides me with a high level of sustainable energy that lasts from the time I take the supplement in the morning continuously until I fall asleep at night. And I am able to sustain this level of peak performance throughout the day without having to drink even one cup of coffee!”

With April being National Stress Awareness month we wanted to address the most stressful part of most working Americans day. Traffic. You don’t have to let traffic jams ruin your day. Driving is a daily necessity for many people and learning how to stay calm will greatly benefit not only your commute but your life. While you can’t control other driver’s actions, you can control your reactions. If you allow drivers to affect your emotions, you may carry the negativity with you throughout the day. Here are some tips on how to deal with the traffic stress.

Breath

Allow yourself to focus on your breathing while driving. You can use your car time to turn off the rado and breathe in slowly through your nose on a count of five. At five, exhale through your mouth on a count of six. Try to exhale for a second or two longer than the inhale. The deep breathing will allow you to effectively de-stress.

Create Stories

A way to de-stress while driving is to try and understand or least create your own reasons why other’s are acting crazy. If someone cuts you off, don’t immediately assume that they did it to harm you. Imagine that they are rushing to meet their wife in labor, and try to believe that they feel bad for cutting you off. Imagine them apologizing and move on. While you will encounter rude drivers and congested roads, your attitude and imagination can go a long way in helping you to cope..

Don’t Listen to Aggregating Music

Many test show that music highly effects your mood. The music you choose to listen to will affect your stress levels. If you’re anxious about getting to work on time, then listening to loud and aggressive music will only add to your worries. Try listening to classical music, Disney, jazz or another type of calming music. It will put you more at ease and in a better mood.

Books on CD/Devise

Audiobooks can also help to ease some of the irritations of driving. Audiobooks help take you to another place and really focus on whats going on in the story, rather than focusing on the driver that is bothering you or the traffic. You will be happy to have some more time in the car to get into the story.
Plan ahead

Get up earlier. Sounds easy but it is a hard thing to change, try to get into the habit of waking up early and having enough time to get ready to drive. Like we mentioned in this post. Working out is a big help when trying to de-stress. If you can, try joining a gym that is close to your office. If you can make a habit out of going to the gym before work you will beat all the traffic by leaving before the rush. Then you will be able to get your endorphin’s going with your workout and then head into the office in a good mood without any traffic worries at all.

It is time to talk about our latest obsession: natural flavored water. Now we don’t feel the need to lecture about how bad sports drinks, soda, and other “fruit” juices are, there are enough articles on the internet that can explain the dangers for you. We just want to highlight the joys and benefits that come with making your favorite flavored water at home.

We have a Brita Water Filter Pitcher because the water from the tap, at least here in California, is not great. No point in adding to all the water bottle pile up,the Brita Water Filter Pitcher works well and makes the water have a nice crisp flavor.

Flavored water can be subtle or packed with the flavors infused into it. It all depends on what you want to use and how long you let it sit or seep.

What is needed:

Fruit: whatever kind you like (except bananas, too mushy). Make sure it’s good and ripe for maximum sweetness and flavor, especially if using berries. The most popular flavored waters use citrus.
Fresh vs. frozen fruit. When in season, use fresh fruit. If out of season, use frozen, frozen is picked at the peak of ripeness.

Herbs: Many herbs are a surprising complement to fruit flavors. Mint, basil, rosemary, sage, thyme, lavender, and tarragon.

Something to put it in: We use mason jars, the larger the better, primarily because they look nicer and keep it colder, but any 2 quart pitcher will do.

Here are some amazing pictures from a fellow flavored water enthusiast over at The Yummy Life blog.

Here are some of our favorite combinations!

Raspberry Lime: Start with 2 limes; with your hands, squeeze the juice into the jar, then throw in the squeezed lime quarters. Add how ever many raspberries you would like. Take a spoon, preferably wood, and press the ingredients down to release some of the juices (don’t pulverize the fruit). Fill the jar with ice, then add water to the top. Stir, cover, and refrigerate.

Tip: You can also add mint leaves to this one for an extra flavor.

Mint, Cucumber, Lime: slice up 1/2 a cucumber, 1/2 a lime squeeze the juice into the jar, then throw in the squeezed lime quarters,1/4 cup fresh mint leaves. Take a spoon, preferably wood, and press the ingredients down to release some of the juices (don’t pulverize the fruit). Fill the jar with ice, then add water to the top. Stir, cover, and refrigerate.

Strawberry, Lemon Baisl: 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, 1/2 a lemon, sliced, 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. Take a spoon, preferably wood, and press the ingredients down to release some of the juices (don’t pulverize the fruit). Fill the jar with ice, then add water to the top. Stir, cover, and refrigerate.

Watermelon Mint: 1 cup cubed watermelon, 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves. Take a spoon, preferably wood, and press the ingredients down to release some of the juices (don’t pulverize the fruit). Fill the jar with ice, then add water to the top. Stir, cover, and refrigerate.

Health Tip! Mint: Mint leaves are loaded with antioxidants and keep stomach cramps and acidity at bay. They have anti-inflammatory properties, and mint juice acts as an excellent skin cleanser.

Manic Monday

Hello Monday, if you’re like many people, you work in an office that isn’t your own. While an office environment can be highly productive, spending long hours there can be pretty stressful, and stress is something that can be very damaging for your health. Monday’s are known for being the most stressful day of the week, but it doesn’t have to be. Let’s change your Manic Monday into happy Monday with some small changes.

Prepare on Sunday

Make life a little easier, by taking time on the most relaxing day to prepare for the most stressful one. Take an hour before bed and prepare what you need. Decide what you are going to do for breakfast and lunch, making and packing them if necessary. Pick out what you are going to wear as well as make a to do list for when you get to work. Getting these small choice out of the way Sunday evening will put you in a calmer head space to prepare to deal with Mondays demands.

Take Your Break

It is easy to skip your break on Mondays but don’t do it. Your brain will be able to function and make decisions easier when you give it a break. Just think “short bursts” “short break.” If you can’t leave for very long just try stepping out of the office or house to take a quick walk around the building and get yourself a burst of fresh air. You’ll even be giving yourself some extra energy for the day, as short bursts of exercise can help make you feel more alert.

Listen to Music

Listening to music, even at a very low volume while you’re working, can greatly reduce the stress hormone cortisol in your body and help distract you from the pressure of work. Make sure you put on calming happy music, not anything heavy that could effect your mind towards the negative. If you can’t turn on some low music at your desk or use ear buds in the office, taking a few minutes to listen to music that you enjoy on your break can really help you feel better. It can also help you be more productive when you do get back to your post.

There also vitamins that can help you.You can choose healthful options that can reduce our body’s production of, the stress hormone. Since our bodies produce more cortisol the longer we go without eating, having a small meal every 3 to 4 hours can help regulate our body’s production of cortisol and can reduce the stress response.

Vitamin C

Research indicates that our bodies are better able to fight stress. Increasing our vitamin C intake also slows our body’s production of cortisol. Citrus fruits and berries are wonderful sources of vitamin C.

NADH Supplement

While some workplace stress is normal, excessive stress can interfere with your productivity and impact your total health. Products like this help by managing the symptoms of stress, lack of concentration, and low energy. Great for high-demand executives who need that extra edge! Perfect for boosting stamina and endurance, mental clarity and focus, help alleviate drowsiness, and increase energy.

Protein and Zinc

Protein and zinc both reduce the production of cortisol. High-quality sources such as lean meats, oysters, beans and legumes can drastically reduce our stress levels and further helps us by keeping our insulin levels balanced throughout the day.

Try these things and you will Mondays covered! Do you already try these? What works for you? Comment and follow!

Fact Friday!

It’s that time again! You see all our posts about Natural Energy, but what does that even mean? Here are the answers to some very commonly asked questions!

Q. How does my energy depend on NADH

A. The billions of cells that form the human body have the important assignment of producing energy. If our cells slow down or decline in their energy production, the result is that we are tired and can increasingly experience greater overall fatigue. NADH is part of every living cell. Inside each cell a process known as the Krebs cycle combines NADH with Hydrogen to form ATP, your body’s own energy.

Q. How does the body produce energy?

A.  Bringing hydrogen and oxygen together is one of the most efficient ways to produce energy. A rocket launched into outer space is an example of energy production. All cells in our bodies use the same principle of energy production, but they do so in a sophisticated way to conserve the energy produced. NADH is the biological form of hydrogen that reacts with the oxygen we breathe in to form energy and water. The energy‐ producing process in cells is achieved by a cascade of reactions, which lead to the formation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the energy‐containing compound in cells. One molecule of NADH will form three times the amount of ATP. Therefore, NADH is an extremely efficient and effective energy producer.

Q. How does the body store energy?

A.  Living cells have the capability to store energy in the form of chemical compounds. When these compounds are metabolized, energy is released and used for all cellular processes. Only a few biological substances display all the features of energy‐rich compounds. The most important of these are adenosine triphosphate (ATP), creatine phosphate (CP), nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide hydride (NADH), and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate hydride (NADPH).

Q. Is ATP the most common “energyrich” compound in our bodies?

A.  Yes, ATP serves as the most common and convenient chemical form of energy stored in every cell. It’s kind of like a biological battery that stores and releases energy when the body needs it. When cellular energy is required, ATP is broken down under the action of water to release energy for other processes. As already mentioned, NADH is a very efficient producer of ATP.

Q. Is NADH also an “energyrich” compound?

A.  Yes, energy is stored in the NADH molecule. When NADH reacts with the oxygen present in every cell, energy is produced in the form of ATP. One NADH molecule leads to the formation of three ATP molecules. In other words, NADH has triple the energy capacity of ATP. Furthermore, NADH creates additional energy when it reacts with oxygen and water forming nicotinamide (also known as vitamin B3) and ADP (adenosine diphosphate). This all means that NADH is a super energizer.

At Home Cellulite Cures!

Cellulite seems to be one of those problems that plagues many women. We all seem to have some, or will have some at one point or another, so lets talk about it.
Magazines like this one pop up everywhere, its not pretty. Many sources have concluded the dimpled appearance of cellulite occurs due to problems or an imbalance of the connective tissue and fat in a person’s body. It is speculated that hormones, diet, lifestyle and genetics all play a role but there are no sureties. While those who are overweight tend to have a higher chance of getting cellulite, many thin women complain of it as well.

Here are 4 natural remedies we have tried or have done research on from trusted sources. They should all help balance the connective tissue/fat in the body and address the many possible causes.

Dry Brushing

Dry brushing is as an all-natural and safe remedy for cellulite. In addition to potentially ridding the area of cellulite, there are many health benefits associated with this practice. This is one remedy that there may not be any scientific evidence that it works but that there is a lot of anecdotal support for. This can include promotion of circulation. It also has exfoliating benefits for the skin, by sloughing off dead skin cells to enhance the overall appearance. Not to mention it feels great and helps stimulate blood and lymph flow in the body.

Dry skin brushing effectively opens up the pores on your skin. This is something you can and should be doing daily, even twice a day. Your skin should be dry, so the ideal time is in the shower before you turn on the water. Just a reminder, don’t get the brush wet.

You should only brush towards the heart. Making long sweeps, avoid back and forth, scrubbing and circular motions. Start at your feet, moving up the legs on both sides, then work from the arms toward your chest. On your stomach, direct the brush counterclockwise. And, don’t brush too hard: Skin should be stimulated and invigorated but not irritated or red.

Type of brush: The bristles should be natural, not synthetic, and preferably vegetable-derived. The bristles themselves should be somewhat stiff, though not too hard. Look for one that has an attachable handle for hard-to-reach spots, if necessary.

Coffee Scrub

Coffee scrubs can be beneficial in reducing cellulite as well. The massage and exfoliation benefits skin by stimulating blood/lymph flow and the caffeine in the coffee has a tightening effect. The internet has many recipes for coffee scrubs and wraps working for reducing cellulite and loose skin, and like the other remedies, it is at least worth a try.

You will need:
1/4 cup coffee grounds
3 tablespoons sugar or brown sugar
2-3 Tablespoons of melted coconut oil

Combine the ingredients to create a paste-like consistency (note that it will harden if cooled if you are using unrefined coconut oil). Store in a glass jar. Massage in to skin for several minutes using firm pressure and wash as usual. Use 2-3 times a week. Results should be visible within a couple of weeks.

Omega-3s

There is some evidence that consuming enough Omega-3 fatty acids and fat soluble vitamins will help reduce cellulite over time. Another theory is that consumption of trans-fats and the “wrong” kind of fats leads to an imbalance of fatty acids that smooth skin and tissue. Either way, Omega-3s and fat soluble vitamins are important for many other functions in the body, so it won’t hurt to try it!

Balance Hormones

It seems that many sources agree that hormones play a huge role in cellulite formation this is one reason why women typically get it more often then men. Working toward proper hormone balance can help reduce cellulite. Even if it doesn’t get rid of cellulite, balancing hormones helps in so many other ways that it is worth working on!

Testimonial Tuesday!

Our testimonial today comes from a young college student. Ciara is in her fourth year at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. It is a four year medical school in which they learn to diagnose and treat patients therapeutically with a variety of natural holistic methods. Her story is a lot like other students, stressed out, long days, long nights leading to fatigue. Here is how her experience with our supplements went.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/afagen/8237954806/

“As a personal testimonial, I heard about NADH from one of my instructors. I knew about NADH and its role in cellular energy metabolism from Biochemistry, nut was not aware of it being available as a supplement. I have suffered from chronic fatigue and adrenal burnout from increased stress since I started school three years ago. I decided to try the product. I have been taking ENADA 5mg daily in the morning for a little over one month now and have had absolutely phenomenal results.

Prior to beginning the NADH, I had daily fatigue, unable to exercise because of fatigue. I had no energy reserve at all, as I became very stingy of how I was going to spend my energy in any given day. I needed more and more coffee to remain somewhat alert. I had “brain fog,” I felt sluggish kind of like I had a cloud hanging over my body. I was sometimes forgetful and it was very difficult to wake up and stay focused in my studies. Even with taking an adrenal glandular supplement and dessicated thyroid, it did not help much. From the first day I took Enada, I noticed a different state of mind, was able to think clearly, and felt more energetic. I all of a sudden had mental clarity with a sharp state of mind, was able to think clearly and felt more energy, I was able to to start exercising for at least 30 min a day. My muscles used to get fatigued very quickly before, but now they don’t get as tired or painful, I could easily keep going for longer periods of time. I no longer need coffee to get me through the day. If I drink coffee now its by choice, not necessity.

I am so excited about the merits of this product as it has worked so well for me, I will continue to use if for myself and recommend or prescribe it to the many people I work with, as I already have.

Sincerely,
Ciara Gail”

She had such amazing results! We are so pleased we are able to help so many different people in so many ways! If you have a story to share or just want to give our products a try. Check out our website here!

To keep on with the theme of March being National Nutrition Month, we interviewed Olympian Shevon Stoddart to find out what she eats, how she stays fit, and what keeps her going. Not only does Shevon have a great athletic body, she is a multi-talented woman, she is an outstanding 400-meter hurdler as well as a singer and songwriter. She was born in Kingston, Jamaica. At the early age of 5, she moved to Uniondale, New York. Her track career started in middle school, which by 9th grade, Shevon Stoddart was ranked #3 in the state of New York in the 400meters. The 400 intermediate hurdles was introduced to Shevon in the 10th grade were she became a 2-time State Championship. She went on to make her first Olympic team in 2004 as a junior in College and made her first World Champion team in 2005. She is preparing for the 2016 Olympic Games, which will be held in Rio, Brazil.

https://www.facebook.com/pages/Shevon-Stoddart-official/249482315077548

We here at Co-E1 are so excited about your success and to hear about how your training is going for the upcoming Olympics. You are obviously in great shape and with this month being national nutrition moth we thought we could ask you about your eating habits.

I’m sure many people would like to know your daily eating routine. What do you generally like to eat for your meals and snacks through out the day?
For breakfast I generally eat oatmeal, cereal, or 2 waffles (low calorie) and fruit.

I always pack my lunch so that I have something to eat right after training. This would consist of an sandwich (typically tuna or turkey), fruit, a small serving of potato chips and bottled water. I don’t drink fizzy drinks or juice, they have too much sugar. I try to get all my sugars from fruit.

Snacks would be something like a protein shake, granola bar, or a peanut butter and jam sandwich.

I prepare dinner around 6pm which would be chicken, fish or a Turkey dish with lots of veggies on the side. I rarely eat red meat.

Health Tip! You can see that she has protein with every meal. Protein gives energy and helps to repair and build tissues, muscles, skin, bones, cartilage and blood. Plus, for those of us who would like to improve the look of our nails and hair, we must consider our protein intake since both hair and nails are basically made from protein.

What is your Motivation to stay in shape?
Winning Gold

Where do you get your talents from?
For running, my dad, Zoeth Stoddart. He ran the 400m and 800m and ran 1:46 for 800m. My dad could also sing a little bit but I always just had a love for singing and entertaining.
I always wanted to do talent shows and sing at weddings. I started singing in my mum’s kitchen. She is a hair stylist and the kitchen is where she used to do her clients’ hair.

Have you ever been heavy/overweight? And what are your struggles in your healthy lifestyle?
I have never been over weight, I have always been petite and because I have small body frame and I burn fat quickly, I have to make sure I’m actually eating enough food so that I have fat to burn and not  burn into muscle. My workouts are pretty intense, so I have to prepare my body to endure.

In what ways has Co-E1 ENADA products helped you?
I use co-e1 everyday before, during and after training. I love it because it’s natural it has improved my reaction time and it gives me a clean boost before my workouts. It is help my muscles recover and keeps my energy levels sustained throughout my workouts. It has other health benefits as well that I like.
What are your thoughts on fad diets?
I do not diet. I don’t believe in diets. I believe that people should just learn to eat healthy and control portion size. I get hungry every 3 hours so I tend to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day.

Health Tip! As long as you choose the right foods and watch portion size, eating smaller meals through out the day can help you lose weight and keep you energized. But it is not for everyone, especially if you have trouble controlling the amount you eat, or if you don’t have time to plan and prepare your healthy snacks and meals
Your favorite healthy treat?
I love Sweets, so my healthy treat would be some yogurt and fruits.

Are you most of your friends into healthy eating/living? We feel like it’s often easier to succeed when your friends are healthy too.
Yes, most of my friends eat healthy and workout to keep a healthy lifestyle.  I surround myself with positive people and they always come to me if they ever need advice on works and diet.

Health Tip! If you have a real and tangible like-minded social group, you are much less likely to be affected by the artificial ones created by advertisers, marketers, and technology. If you want to get healthy, hang around other healthy people and others striving to be healthy.
Quick, easy healthy recipe?
I love to cook, but one of the easiest and healthy meals to prepare is spaghetti with meat sauce and side salad.
What is your cheat meal, how often do you indulge?
I love Pizza. I may have pizza twice a month.
What is your Weekly workout schedule?
I workout 6 days a week and I lift weights 2-3 times a week. I’m on the track for 2 and half hours and Weight room for 1 hour. I also do ab crunches, at least 500 every night before bed. It’s important for me to keep my core strong.

Today’s testimonial is all about the one thing everyone strives for! MORE ENERGY! Sage Rishi is from New York, New York and has been using our products for some time now. He wrote in to give thanks and to spread the word about Enada NADH products. We would like to say as a disclaimer that no one is paid to provide a testimonial, we are simply sharing our customers heartfelt opinions and stories that they share with us. Sage here is really passionate.

“I am writing you to express my appreciation for your wonderful product “ENADA.” As a a longtime “caffeine junkie,” I though I was doomed to what seemed to me as a lifetime of jitters, grumpiness, acid stomach, and afternoon energy slumps. Well, no more! In the almost 30 days that I’ve been taking this product, my entire world has changed. I’ve been able to do what for me was all but unthinkable. My first morning taking ENADA, I decided to forgo my daily coffee regimen. What a surprise! i not only did not need the morning stimulation that I depended on from coffee, I felt no withdrawal symptoms at all. I sleep better, wake up in a better mood and with far more energy than I remember having in years. Completely unlike coffee and other stimulants, your product provides no “hard energy peak” with a subsequent decay and crash. ENADA provides me with a high level of energy that lasts from the time I take the supplements int he morning continuously until I fall asleep at night. I am able to sustain the level of peak performance throughout the day without having to drink even one cup of coffee!

The effect of ENADA has been so profound for me that I’ve been sharing it with all my friends and family ever since. Thank you for this incredible product and helping me to make such a tremendous difference in my life.”
-Sage Rishi

Green Drink Heaven!

Living a healthy and happy lifestyle can be harder than you think. This tip combined with your CO-E1 will make you unstoppable. Here is a quick and refreshing way to get a great start to the day for breakfast or a quick snack.

If you haven’t heard of green smoothies you haven’t been paying attention. They are they latest trend and a quick way to get greens and other great vitamins and fiber into your diet. There are a million recipes out there the one we like here at Enada is an easy one.

You take 1 cup of spinach or Kale (or both)
1Tb. Honey
1 banana
1c almond milk
1Tb. fresh lemon juice
1tsp. chia seeds
1tsp. flax seed.

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and drink up! You can add ice to thicken if you prefer.

Also for those of us in a hurry, when you have a day off, take a moment and make a whole bunch of green smoothie and then freeze it in a muffin tin. When the mixure is all frozen you can transfer it to a plastic bag and store in the freezer. Then whenever you are in a hurry for breakfast or need a quick snack you can pull out some of your frozen green drink, blend it up with some almond milk, water, or juice and you are good to go.

Exercising is so Important!

If you haven’t heard that exercise is important for you, then you may already be living a high risk lifestyle. By not doing research on your health and you may be developing all the wrong habits. By living a sedentary lifestyle Your muscles will become flabby and weak, making everyday activities harder. Your heart and lungs may fail to function properly. Lack of exercise may be killing you more than the bad habits you may possess.

We have mentioned here on the blog the many benefits and amazing results taking our NADH supplements will do, has done, and is currently doing for our customers. Disease Prevention doesn’t stop at supplements, it is also achieved by living an over all healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise is necessary for physical fitness and good health.
Exercise improves stamina and physical endurance. When you exercise the body builds up strength gradually and with every additional day of doing so, you become stronger and much more able to thrive under pressure. Your anaerobic levels improve for example if you pick running as your exercise. You will build up your stamina fairly quickly and you will find that you will still be rearing to go while others who have not been active will need to stop for breaks well before you do.

Aerobic exercise involves continuous and rhythmic physical motion, such as walking and bicycling. How does it affect the heart? The heart develops and become accustomed to handling higher metabolic demands of the body and so even when you exercise for unusually longer periods, you do not get tired because the heart can still cope with the higher demand.

Muscles Strength- Exercising with weights causes muscles hypertrophy. That is, the muscles grow larger and become stronger. This improves your strength and even makes your grip a lot more firm. Your posture can be improved, and your muscles become more firm and toned.

Flexibility- As you exercise it makes a lot of sense to practice a variety of exercises as different forms of exercise serve different purposes. Stretching exercises are also important because it helps to circulate lubricants in the joints adequately. Stretching also ensures that the continuous joint movement gives no room for joint stiffness this way you stay flexible and reduce you chances of getting a fracture occurring.

Weight Loss- Of course the benefit that people think of most, you will lose wight. Weight-loss is not as beneficial with diet alone. You can lose weight with diet alone, but you wont receive the disease fighting benefits we just talked about. Exercise is responsible for burning your body fat to help you loss the it. Exercise is also a key to weight control because it burns calories. If you burn off more calories than you take in, you lose weight.
Exercise is supposed to be fun. Find what you enjoy doing and get involved. There are many programs available in communities all over the world. Just do a little bit of research and try out new things till you find the activity you love.
